If you were standing on the moon and you dropped a feather and a hammer at the same time. Why would both hit the ground at the same time?

So if you were standing on the moon, and you dropped, "A feather" and "A hammer" both at the same time, why would both hit exactly at the same time? Well here's why :) The hammer and feather would both fall at the same rate and hit the ground at the same time because this demonstrates Galileo's discovery that in the absence of air resistance, all objects experience the same acceleration due to gravity. Galileo held out a geologic hammer and a feather and dropped them at the same time which proved his discovery/experiment.
