In order to change our pattern of behavior we need to learn to manage our: FAT (feelings, actions and thoughts). PAD (perceptions, actions, and decisions). DAN (desires, actions, and needs). WAB (wants, actions, and beliefs).

FAT (feelings, actions, and thoughts) because they are very powerful and cause us not to eat or to eat to much over work ourselves and or even hurt ourselves we need to be very mindful although the others are great answers two this is the most important.^-^
