Formula for area of circle:

A=radius squared multiplied by pi (3.14)

Formula for surface area:

A= area of circle multiplied by height

Explanation and Answer:

9x9= 81 (radius of circle squared)
81x3.14=254.34 radius of circle squared multiplied by pi)
254.34x508.68 (area of circle x height)
