(13-2) = 11×3= 33

33+6= 39

39-5 squared = (5×5) = 25

so 39-25=14

You can first find out whats in the parenthesis, then you multiply it by the number next to the parenthesis like this: 6+ (3 * 11) - 5^2. Now we get

6 + 33 - 5 ^ 2 [aka 5 * 5 aka 25] Now we have 6 + 33 = 39, so 39 - 25 = 14.
