The Supreme Court is the final judge in all cases involving laws of Congress, and the highest law of all — the Constitution. The Supreme Court, however, is far from all-powerful. Its power is limited by the other two branches of government. The Presidentnominates justices to the court.

Answer:

The supreme court is the highest tribunal in the USA. It deals with the cases and controversies about the constitutions and the US laws. As the final arbitrator of the law, it is given the power to deliver equal justice under the law. It is the guardian and interpreter of the constitution. Supreme court consists of one chief justice and the other associate judges, the number of associate judges is fixed by the congress. Currently, there are eight associate judges in the supreme court. The president appoints the Chief Justice on the recommendation of congress. The judicial branch of the US constitution is established by Article three of the constitution.
