This activity will require you to make a weekly calendar of your dietary habits. record the foods you eat for one week. Be sure to include all foods that you eat, as well as the approximate quantities. Include liquids you drink along with any vitamin supplements. Save this as Nutrition Journal and turn it in after one week to your instructor.

Breakfast:2 stripes of bacon with water

Lunch: 2 chicken stripes with apple sause and water

Dinner:Pizza with a coke

Breakfast:A lean pocket with water

Lunch: a salad with a strawberry smothie

Dinner: Lasagna with water

Breakfast: A toaster strudle with water

Lunch: A hot dog with ginger ale

Dinner: I got a medium rice from a Chinese restraunt

Breakfast: 1 Egg sunny side up with water

Lunch: A medium baked potato with water

Dinner: 2 stripes Grilled chicken with water

Breakfast:2 strips of bacon with grits with water

Lunch: A ham and chesse sandwich with water

Dinner: 1 bowl of Cuban rice with 2 stripes grilled chicken

Breakfast:skipped

Brunch:I had a grilled chesse for brunch with ginger ale

Lunch:A small salad with water

Dinner:1 can of Green beans and a turkey sandwich

Breakfast: 1 Buttered toast with a smoothie

Lunch:skipped (i took a nap)

Dinner: A 6oz Medium rare Steak
