Action: you muscles exert force that acts on the bunching bag. The bag on the other hand exerts force of reaction directed in a same line with the force exerted by your fist.

The basketball acts on the rack with force of its weight (in this case we can say it equals basketball's force of gravity), and the rack acts on the ball with the normal force.

Answer:

1). Here in first case a basket ball is placed on the rack

so here force of action is on the rack due to contact of ball with the rack.

This force of the ball is downwards on the rack it is given as action force on the rack.

Now the reaction force on the ball which is due to rack on the ball. This force is upwards and act as reaction force on the ball

2) When the person in the gym will hit the bag with some force then the force of the person is action force on the bag

Now the reaction force is on the person which will punch on the bag and the direction of reaction force is opposite to that of the action force that is applied on the bag
