Answer:

30 CM

Explanation:

Note that 0.5 centimeter = 2 kilometer.

Find the amount of kilometers that equal one centimeter.

(0.5)(2) = (2)(2)

1 centimeter = 4 kilometer.

Divide 120 with 4 to get the amount of centimeters.

120/4 = 30

30 CM is your answer.

Set up a ratio:

0.5cm / 2km = X cm/120 km

Cross multiply:

2X = 0.5 x 120

2x = 60

Divide both sides by 2

X = 60 /2

X = 30 cm
