Answer:

Δ ABC is rotated counter clock wise, 180° about the origin.

Explanation:

Triangle ABC has been transformed to Δ A'B'C'

A is at ( 3,1 ), B is at ( 1,8 ) and C is at (7,2)

Now we have to tell which transformation has happened to Δ ABC to form Δ A'B'C'.

Now we take one point A to find the rule by A has been transformed to A'.

A = ( 3,1 ) ( 1st quadrant )

A' = ( -3,-1 ) ( 3rd quadrant )

If we join A by origin and A' by origin O (0,0) then we can easily find that line A O has been rotated 180° about origin O to form a new line O A'

Therefore, answer will be

Δ ABC is rotated counter clock wise, 180° about the origin.
