There are a couple ways to find area of a triangle, but the one above is the most popular among the multiple options.

When finding the area of a triangle, you will most likely see a triangle similar to the one below.

On the bottom you have the **Base

Running vertically you have the **Height.

You will want to take the **Base Number, then find out what half of that number is. Once you have that, multiply that by the height. That final answer is the area of that triangle.
