Marbury v. Madison is a case from 1803, as you know from Oyez, that established the doctrine of judicial review.

In essence, the Court was able to carve out a niche for itself by determining that Congress couldn't pass a regular law that conflicted with the Constitution.

So, Marbury v. Madison is Constitutional because it empowers the Constitution.
