The area of the shape is 24sq units as u had to multiply the base and height. So it is c. Also 1+1 is 2 not 11 btw.

Answer: C) 24

===============================================

Step-by-step explanation:

The base is 4 and the height is 6

The area of the parallelogram is equal to the base times height

area = base*height

area = 4*6

area = 24

This area formula works for rectangles as well because a rectangle is a special kind of parallelogram. It is a parallelogram with all four angles that are 90 degree angles.
