the least amount of time it would take to fill up water is 9 minutes. subtract the end amount from the amount you already have. divide e remainder by the rate you would be filling up at. the number you have left is how many minutes

Answer:

t≤9

Explanation:

73-19=54

54/6=9

It has to take at least 9 minutes to fill up the tank, but since it asks for an equality, t≤9 (t is greater than or equal to 9)
