The sine is positive and the cosine is negative,.

The hypotenuse of the triangle in the second quadrant = √((-7)^2 + 2^2)

= √53 ( by Pythagoras), the opposite side = 2 and the adjacent side = -7.

So the sine of the angle is 2 /√53 and the cosine is -7/√53.

or 0.2724 and -0.9615 to 4 decimal places.
