the case- Tinker v. Des Moines Independent Community School District

The case ruled for a student to be able to Express there beliefs because the first amendment protects their right of freedom of speech, however it has to be within the schools limitations, if not the school has the right to stop it or prohibit it if it disrupts the school or classes. it has to be within reason.
