Answer: The train traveled 210 miles in 6 seconds of time duration.

Step-by-step explanation:

The initial velocity of the train,u = 50 mile/s

Acceleration of the train ,a =
-5.0 m/s^2

Duration of time ,t = 6 seconds

Using second equation of motion :

s=ut+(1)/(2)at^2

s=50 mile/s* 6 s+(1)/(2)(-5.0 m/s^2)(6s)^2=210 miles

The train traveled 210 miles in 6 seconds of time duration.
