Step-by-step explanation:

"percent" means "per one hundred". Think "cent" as in "100 cents in a dollar". That's one way to remember.

So when we say something like 2%, we mean 2 out of 100 leading to the fraction 2/100 = 0.02

The same applies for 4.8% turning into 4.8/100 = 0.048

A quick shortcut without the use of a calculator has us move the decimal point 2 spots to the left to go from 4.8% to 0.048

After converting 4.8% to 0.048, we then multiply this by 200

200*(0.048) = 9.6

this value rounds to 10 which is the answer
