It cant become a whole number but it can become a decimal. In order for it to become a whole number such as 1 or 50.0 (you dont have to put the .0 if it has no numbers behind the decimals) you need to have a fraction with the denominator(bottom such as 15/10) smaller than the numerator (top such as 15/10) like so 15/10
