Perimeter is doubled

4.3•4.3=18.49 (area of original square)
18.49•4=73.96 (area of 4x square)
Sqrt (74.96)=8.6 (side of 4x square)
4.3•4=17.2 (perimeter of original square)
8.6•4=34.4 (perimeter of 4x square)
34.4/17.2=2
2=double
