The shape is a quadrilateral, therefore the angles must total to 360 degrees.

We can work out the missing angle in the qudrilateral by adding together the ones that are given and subtracting this from 360.

110 + 80 + 40 = 230

360 - 230 = 130

Now we know that that angle is 130 degrees.

Since it is a straight line, the angles must total to 180 degrees.

180 - 130 = 50.

x = 50 degrees.

This shape is a rhombus therefore all sides are equal. However, opposite angles would be equal.

360 - (38 x 2) = 284.

284/2 = 142.

JML be 142 degrees.
