What is the least common multiple of 6 and 10?

So first, you have to list all (some) the multiples of 10:

10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100

Now list some multiples of 6:

6, 12, 18, 24, 30, 36

Now you just look to see which factors 6 and 10 have in common and 30 is the least (smallest) common mutliple that the two numbers both share.

=10,20,30...

least commen multiple of 6 and 10 is 30
