Negative exponents work like this:

a^(-m) = (1)/(a^m)

So, a number raised to a negative power simply means the multiplicative inverse of that number raised to the positive power.

So, in your case, you have

(x^(-1)y^(-2))/(z^(-3)) = ((1)/(x)(1)/(y^2))/((1)/(z^3))

We can rework this expression to get

(z^3)/(xy^2)

\frac{x {}^( - 1)y {}^( - 2) }{z {}^( - 3) }

if the upper number got power of negative it will go down and the down will go up

So that,

\frac{z {}^(3) }{x {}^(1) {y}^(2) }

power of 1 can no need to write
