reordering the equation we get:

y = (9)/(7) x - (5)/(7)

the coefficient of x in parallel lines should be the same.

line equation:

y - y0 = m(x - x0)

so

y - 2 = (9)/(7) * (x - ( - 9))

and we get

y = (9)/(7) x + (81)/(7) + 2

y = (9)/(7) x + (95)/(7)
