The correct answer is C. Conveyed. This word is written correctly since it is an exception of the rule to form the past participle of the verbs ending in Y. The verbs ending in Y preceded by a vowel only ED is added at the end, as in the case of Convey the Y is preceded per vowel E, only ED is added. If the verb ends in Y preceded by a consonant, the Y is changed by i + ed.

The word spelled correctly is C. Conveyed.

When the suffix -ed is added to convey the word does not change, simply ed is added. The correct spelling of defyed is defied, spyed is spied and ferryed is ferried. For those three words the root y is dropped and - ied is added to make the word correct.
