Answer: Angle the ladder makes with the wall is 68.19°

Explanation:

Since we have given that

Length of a ladder = 15 feet

Distance between the foot of the ladder from the wall = 6 feet

We need to find the angle of elevation:

Since we will use "Tangent" as we have given Perpendicular and Base:

\tan\theta=(Perpendicular)/(Base)=(15)/(6)=2.5\\\\\theta=\tan^(-1)(2.5)\\\\\theta=68.19^\circ

Hence, Angle of depression of the ladder with the wall is 68.19° as we know that Angle of elevation = Angle of depression by alternate interior angle.
