x = y - 10

z =0.3(x+y)

x + y + z = 65

(y-10) + y + (0.3(x+y)) = 65

(y-10) + y + (0.3((y-10)+y)) = 65

y-10+y+(0.3(y-10)+0.3y)=65

2y-10+(0.3y-3+0.3y)=65

2y-10+0.6y-3=65

2.6y-13=65

2.6y=78

0.2y=6

2y=60

y=30 which is Team 2's books

x = y - 10

x=20-10

x=10 which is Team 1's books

z = 0.3(x+y)

z = 0.3(20+10)

z = 9 which is Team 3's books
