When finding slope using points, you use the equation y2 - y1/x2 - x1. So, plug in your points into that equation. This would be -4 - y1 / 0 - - 2. The dominator came out to be -2, therefore the numerator will come out positive. you can make the equation 3 = -4 - y to solve. Add 4 on both sides of the equation to come out with 7 = y. So, you missing point is 7.
