2b(5x² + 3x + c) = 10x² + 6x - 14

10bx² + 6bx + 2bc = 10x² + 6x - 14

by the equality of coefficient, we get

coefficient of x

6b = 6 so b = 1

constant

2bc = 2c = -14 so c = -7
