Diabetes can be controlled with insulin shots (or that was the method of choice years ago). Very light cases can be controlled by diet.
Smoking habits can be stopped with the help of patches. Again, that's "a used to be method."
I'm of the opinion that high blood pressure is iffy even with medication. I've had it for years. Sometimes the high readings remain no matter what medication is used.
The answer is B. Genetics are completely uncontrollable. Or were. If you are predisposed by inheritance, I'm not sure there's anything that can be done.
