The best method for the calculation of heart rate during exercise is by calculating the person's maximum heart rate first.The formula for calculating the maximum heart rate is:
Heart Rate Maximum (HRmax) = (220 – Age of the concerned person) beats per minute
Once you have calculated the person's HRmax, then it is easy to calculate ideal heart rate during exercise. or workout through below formula:
Target heart-rate during workout= 80 to 85 percent of HRmax
This is the desired or target heart rate for the people during workout, however, general heart-rate can simply be measured by putting a finger near your pulse and counting the number of beats per minute to calculate the heart-rate during workout.
