Answer:

Slant height of cone is:

6.5 ft

Explanation:

Surface area of the cone =
\pi rl

where r is the radius and l is the slant height

Diameter = 6.2 ft

Radius =Diameter/2

=3.1 ft

⇒ r=3.1 ft

Surface area=63.30 ft²

63.30 =
\pi (3.1)l

(63.30)/(\pi (3.1)) = l

⇒ l = 6.5 ft

Hence, slant height of cone is:

6.5 ft

Answer:

6.5 ft

Explanation:

Surface area of the cone =
\pi rl

diameter = 6.2 ∴radius = 3.1

63.30 =
\pi (3.1)l

(63.30)/(\pi (3.1)) = l

l = 6.4996 = 6.5 ft
