Deception: The action of deceiving someone

(This somber mansion was desolate.)

Desolate = Empty

Somber = Gloomy

(My steadfast dog was very valiant.)

Valiant = Courage or determination

Steadfast = Loyal

(Our competitors was oblivious of our exploits of this new technology.)

Oblivious = Unaware

Exploits = Take good advantage of
