Why is it important to discover Alzheimer’s in the very early or pre-clinical years, or at least during stage one? a. Because it may be possible to slow or modify the disease if better health and medical support is promoted before there is significant damage. b. Because the person will need 24-hour physical assistance with cares and perhaps nursing home placement. c. It isn’t important, because nothing can be done, and so why give it a label.
