Ik some of you guys LOVE a good World War I question? XD

To what extent, if at all, did industrialization lead to the many casualties seen in the Great War (World War I)

Industrialization was, in a sense resposible, for the deaths (at least some of them) seen in WW1 because weapons such as torpedoes and machine guns could be mass-produced as a result of industrialization.
