The equations are given to be : 2y = -x + 9

⇒ x = -2y + 9 .............(1)

Also, The second equation is : 3x - 6y = -15

Putting value of x from (1) in above equation

⇒ 3 × (-2y + 9) - 6y = -15

⇒ -6y + 27 - 6y = -15

⇒ -12y = -42


\bf\implies y = (7)/(2)

Also, x = -7 + 9

⇒ x = 2

Hence, The solution to the system is (2, 7/2).
