Y intercept = 3 and slope is -4.

Explanation:

Y intercept is the point where line meets on Y axis or we can say the where the line cuts Y axis is called Y intercept.

here the line cuts the Y axis at positive 3 therefore Y intercept is +3

and for slope we check for each run how much it rise

or slope = rise divided by run

here in the question run =1 and rise is 4

because the line is from up to down therefore is negative

so slope of the given line is =-4
