I checked all of your work and it is perfect,

just on the bottom where you had to translate the english sentence to spanish, you should write

"Ana estaba leyendo un libro cuando escucho un ruido."

"Un ruido" means "a noise"

you wrote "the noise"

But that's it! You are doing good :-)
