y=4 sin(3t)+2

The first point should be midline of the given function

We can see the coordinate of the midline which is (-3.14,2) will be the first point.

And second point should be maximum or minimum.

So, there is minimum according to the graph.

The minimum point will be at when
sin3t=-1


3t=sin^(-1)(-1)


\Rightarrow 3t=-sin^(-1)(1)


\Rightarrow 3t=-(\pi)/(2)


\Rightarrow t=-(\pi)/(6)


(\pi)/(6)=-(1.57)/(3)

So, the minimum point is:
(-(1.57)/(3),-2)
