As solution of any mixture equals to 100%

Let total weight of sugar syrup is x

Given 75% of sugar syrup using 99 g sugar.

∴ 75% of x=99


(75)/(100)*x=99


x=(99* 100)/(75)=132

Now, as weight of sugar is 99 g

⇒ weight of water =132-99=33g

One milliliter of water weighs one gram.

Hence, 33ml of water added to make 75% sugar syrup using 99g sugar.
