Lets see if the data fits either

(4,25) and (5,20) and (10,10) are three points

direct variation

y/x = k which is a constant

10/10=1 does not equal 20/5=4 so it cannot be direct variation

inverse variation

xy =k

4*25 =100 5*20 =100 10*10 =100

This is a constant so it is inverse varaiton
