PLEASE HELP ME

tan(x)^2-sin(x)^2 all over tan(x)^2=sin(x)^2

i need mad help
You need to get one side to look like the other
one rule: you cant touch the side you are trying to get it to look like

• sin²x + cos²x = 1 ⇒ sin²x = 1 - cos²x

Consider the left side


(tan^2x-sin^2x)/(tan^2x)

=
(tan^2x)/(tan^2x) -
(sin^2x)/(tan^2x)

= 1 - cos²x

= sin²x = right side ⇒ verified
