PLEASE HURRY!!!!!!

If a=-3x-i and b=3, then find the value of the ab^(2)

in fully simplified form.

a= -3x-i

b= 3


b^(2)=9

sooo.. a
b^(2) = (-3x-i )(9)

-27x -9i

Caveat : :/ if the i happens to be part of a complex number and the squared part is for the quantity (AB)^2 then it would change this answer ..but... I can't tell if that problem is about complex numbers or not, i'm guessing it's not
