The first one because you are citing an example and you don't need anything else. Choice 2 is incorrect because the semi-colon doesn't make sense there. It should be a complete sentence after a semi-colon.for choice 3, "Like Dickens" is a fragment. For choice 4, the colon is not needed because you're not listing something.
