According to the Triangle Inequality Theorem any two sides of a triangle must be greater than the third side.
a+b>c
b+c>a
c+a>b
So let's say that 2=a 4=b and 6=c.
2+4>6 is incorrect because 6 is not greater than 6
4+6>2 is correct because 10 is greater than 2
2+6>4 is correct because 8 is greater than 4
All three must be true for you to be able to draw the triangle. So no you cannot draw a triangle with the sides 6, 4, and 2.
