Triangles have three angles which add up to 180 degrees. An isosceles triangle has two angles that are the same so if you know one angle is 100 degrees, you would subtract 180-100=80.
Divide the 80 by 2 and each of other angles are 40 degrees.

angles in a traingle always add up to 180°. in an isosceles triangle, 2 of the angles are the same, so if one angle is 100°, the other 2 must be 180-100=80/2=40
the other 2 angles would be 40° and 40°
