Answer with explanation:

Percentage change =
(Change)/(Previous\ value)*100

a) 3 months to 5 months

Change = 5 - 3 ( increase )

Percentage change =
(2)/(3)*100\%=66.67\% , it is an increase .

b) 5 to 10

Change = 10-5 = 5 ( increase)

Percentage change =
(5)/(5)*100\%= 100\%, it is an increase .

c) $0.32 to $.37

Change = 0.37-0.32 = 0.05 ( increase)

Percentage change =
(0.05)/(0.37)*100\%=13.51\%, it is an increase .
