An apple about to fall from a tree branch. The apple has a gravitational pull, while having potential energy at the same time.

GPE = mgh

So we are looking for an answer with a height involved with it:

A bicycle moving horizontally has no height above earth's surface (assuming earth's surface is our 0 reference point), so therefore it has no GPE. It would have KE however.

A horse slowing down from a run: no mention of height so therefore no GPE, KE however is present

A beaker sitting on the floor has no KE or GPE.

So an apple about to fall from a tree branch is the best example of GPE because a tree branch usually has a height to it meaning that GPE is present.
