Answer:

  • Discrimination on any level is illegal:

By discrimination we mean that, if a person has the lack of respect for the other beings in the given space, as his mentality is based on the racial systems or on any sort of the gender discrimination then he is refereed to as an offender of the law set in the system, along with that he may be charged by disrespecting other beings in a given space.

Before, any person is appointed by an agency or a company, he has to go through a given process or procedure. As he needs to understand the way on which different workplaces run and need to know the basic rules set by the authorities to work with them in given boundary.

Step-by-step explanation:

There are some rules which are required for any individual to follow, before working inside a workplace or a company, some of these rules are as follows:

  1. Avoiding gender discrimination: A person when recruited by the company needs not to disrespect the other individuals working inside the company, as the individuals must respect the different genders. As these day if there are transgenders or gays working inside a workforce, then all of them should be treated with great professionalism and each of the individuals should have the respect for the rest of the people inside the company.
  2. Not being a sex offender and a racist: Each individual inside a workplace belongs to some culture and posses a different identity then most of the individuals, but it does not means that one should disrespect other being for being more different then him or her. Along with that one should not pass comments and chants relating sexual offenses..
  3. Respect for culture and languages:Each and every workplace follows a standard or code of conduct set by the companies executives. The code of conduct also includes the respect for ethical and formal dresses, along with having respect for all the languages.
