Can someone add more frequency to this workout?

Sunday 30-minute bike ride
Monday 20 push-ups, 10 squats, and 20-minute jog
Tuesday 30-minute bike ride
Wednesday Rest
Thursday 20 push-ups, 10 squats, 25 curl-ups, and 20-minute jog
Friday 30-minute bike ride
Saturday One-hour walk

Try doing this workout:
Sunday- 30 minute bike ride
Monday- 1hour walk
Tuesday- 25-30 minute run
Wednesday- Take a break
Thursday- Go out for a 30 minute run (in the morning) and 25 minute bike ride (In the evening)
Friday- 20-25 squats, 25-30 Push-ups, 15 sit ups, 30-35 crunches, a 45 minute walk (of you want to you can add a 20 second plank)
Saturday- Take a break or go out on a 1 hour walk/run
