As given, A person who is 64 inches tall has a shoulder width of 16 inches.

So, we have to find the height when the shoulder width is 18.5 inches.

We can relate these two by ;


(64)/(16)=(x)/(18.5)


16x=64*18.5


16x=1184


x=74

Hence, the height of the person should be 74 inches.
